These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JohnsonB Studio website and services. By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or purchasing any digital or physical product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

JohnsonB Studio provides:

  • Digital 3D files (STL and related formats)

  • Physical 3D printed models and miniatures

  • Custom 3D sculpting services

  • Custom painting services

  • Terrain and accessory production

  • Quote-based commissions

All services are provided subject to availability and production capacity.

3. Digital Products (STL Files)

  • All digital files are non-refundable once delivered

  • Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated

  • You may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, or share the files

    • Upload files to sharing platforms

    • Use files for mass commercial production without a commercial license

  • Copyright remains the property of JohnsonB Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing

4. Physical Products (Printed Models & Painted Miniatures)

  • All physical products are made to order unless otherwise stated

  • Minor surface imperfections inherent to 3D printing are considered normal

  • Painting is artistic and may vary slightly from previews

  • Colour tones may differ due to lighting and screen calibration

5. Custom Commissions & Quotes

  • Quotes are provided based on reference images and client descriptions

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins

  • Custom work cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started

  • Turnaround time is estimated and not guaranteed due to:

    • Production load

    • Printing failures

    • curing, painting, and drying times

6. File Uploads for Quotes

When uploading reference images or files:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to use those materials

  • Files are used strictly for project evaluation and production

  • JohnsonB Studio is not responsible for copyright violations in files supplied by the client

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

JohnsonB Studio does not store credit card details. All transactions are subject to the payment provider’s terms.

Orders are only processed once full payment is received (unless otherwise stated in writing).

8. Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products

  • No refunds once files are delivered or downloaded

Custom Products

  • No refunds once production begins

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product significantly differs from the agreed order

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only

  • JohnsonB Studio is not responsible for:

    • Customs delays

    • Import taxes or duties

    • Carrier delays or loss after dispatch

  • Tracking numbers are provided when available

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, models, renders, text, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of JohnsonB Studio unless stated otherwise in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or resell any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

JohnsonB Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Lost business profits

  • Third-party misuse of purchased files

  • Printing failures caused by user print settings

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

12. Account Usage

Customer accounts are not required for purchases at this time. Guest checkout is supported.

13. Termination of Service

JohnsonB Studio reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Restrict access
    In cases of abuse, fraud, file redistribution, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page.
